The user can exert his right of repentance and at a distance give back to any product following the effective norm in the sale. Any return, dropping of the claim or revocation in the execution of the transaction contract will have to be realised sending the document of dropping of the claim or revocation Annex, that appears next, to these general conditions to the salesman. Supposing that the dropping of the claim or revocation was previous to the reception of the product, the user will put itself in contact with the salesman to be able to exercise his right to stop or to solve the operation. The defective article return will only be accepted, in its complete original packing and without damages and use of the same. For it is necessary that the user puts in contact with the service of attention the client and details the reasons for the return. In all the cases, whenever the repentance right is exercised within the 7 working days following to the reception of the order, the salesman will realise an installment of the invoice issued originally and will give back to the user the integral amount of the purchase (excluding the expenses of shipment), being in charge of the user the expenses of return of the acquired product. The return will become within the 5 days following to the reception of the order object of the return effective. If a product has arrived at the broken user, damaged or in bad conditions, the salesman will be made position of the expenses of shipment and/or collection in his address and replace it, without additional positions. The salesman will be able to solve the contract before the product is given to the user solely if it had foundations to think that the means of payment or the aim of the purchase are not allowed or valid. In this assumption the salesman will put itself in contact with the user and he will propose of way clear some alternative to him to save the detected irregularity.
Guarantee
The Certificate of Guarantee issued by the manufacturer, ensures the quality of the product covered under the terms stipulated by law, over a period of two years from the date of delivery.
It does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, beatings, use or manipulation undue stress not ideal, not incorrect installation by the Technical Service authorized when appropriate, or materials subject to wear their normal use.
In those incidents that justify the use of collateral, is opt for repair, replacement of the article, rebate or refund under the terms stipulated by law.
The guarantee will lose its value:
-- If you modify, alter or replace some of the same data or proof of purchase.
-- If repairs or manipulates both the identification number as the apparatus itself guaranteed without the knowledge of Technical Service.
-- If lacks the signature or seal of the establishment.
